1. The service

Bride Vibes provides a private hosted entertainment experience for bachelorette parties and similar adult celebrations: approximately 45 minutes (30 on The Lite, up to an hour on The Premium) including games, an educational session, and a gift presentation for the guest of honor, delivered by a trained host at the venue you provide.

2. Booking, confirmation & payment

Full payment (the package price shown at booking — $399, $499 or $899 USD — plus applicable sales tax) is taken at booking via Stripe. Booking a slot shown as available confirms your date, time and area on the spot. If we ever cancel or cannot deliver your event, you receive an automatic, immediate and full refund.

3. Rescheduling & cancellation

• Free reschedule to any available date, any time before the event.
• If you cancel, you receive a 50% refund of the package price.
• If we cancel for any reason and cannot offer a replacement host, you receive a full refund.
• The bride gift package is final once allocated to your event.

4. Age requirement

This is an adults-only service. By booking, you confirm that every person attending the session is 18 years of age or older. Hosts may request ID and may decline to proceed if minors are present, without refund.

5. Your venue, our host

You are responsible for providing a safe, private venue (home, rental property, or hotel suite where gatherings are permitted). Hosts are entitled to end a session early if they feel unsafe or if guests behave inappropriately; no refund applies in that case. Hosts never pressure guests to purchase anything.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We are not responsible for venue conditions, alcohol consumption, or guest behavior.
