The headline

Reschedule free, any time. Cancel and you get 50% back. And if we ever can't deliver, you get every cent — automatically. You never have to ask, chase, or argue. Refunds land back on the booking card within 5–10 business days (that's the card networks' speed, not ours).

When you book

Booking a slot shown as available confirms it on the spot — your date, time and area, instantly. No 24-hour wait, no "we'll get back to you." Your statement shows a discreet descriptor ("BV EVENTS"), never a product name.

If your plans change

Need to move it? Free reschedule to any available date, any time. Email hello@getbridevibes.com with your booking name and new date.
Need to cancel? You get a 50% refund of the package price. (The other half covers the host we've reserved and the bride's kit we've allocated to your night.)

If something goes wrong on our side

We cancel or can't deliver your event: automatic, immediate, full refund.
Your host can't make it on the day: we move heaven and earth to re-staff first. If we can't, you get a full refund plus our next available date free.

The kit

The bride's gift pack is final once allocated to your event — it can't be refunded separately or exchanged after the night.
